Carbon fiber materials in the textile machinery in several forms of application

Traditional spinning machine equipment with gears is mainly pure nylon gears, due to low strength, poor fatigue resistance, short life cycle, high maintenance costs, but the use of carbon fiber reinforced nylon made of transmission gears conductive, anti-static effect is good, not only with the general conductivity of the cast iron parts, but also effective in preventing the generation of static electricity to reduce the incidence of fire and other accidents; strength, toughness, tensile strength is close to the yield Strength, impact, stress vibration has a strong energy absorption capacity; wear-resistant, self-lubricating effect, reduce oil, fatigue resistance, service life can be doubled; light weight, low noise, noise than cast iron gears lower than 30%, reduce energy consumption by 20%, corrosion-resistant, resistant to gasoline, oil and grease, alcohol, alkali and other erosion.

Carbon fiber rollers:
